ARC-A Realized Community
The late American Master Lester Levenson is the developer of what we today call Releasing. He himself called it “The Method.” Its purpose was to take us, as it did him, to the “Ultimate Human Goal”: the Quiet Mind, Self-Realization, and, in his own favorite term, “Freedom”.
So Who and What Is ARC-A Realized Community
ARC‘s teachers and leaders are from the current generation of Releasers using Lester Levenson’s process in their daily lives.
The ARC company has brought together a staff of people of ages 20 to 60, of all ethnic, national and professional backgrounds. So what do we have in common? We’ve found a method for Life and Living that is working for us! We just can’t keep it to ourselves!

- We use Releasing every day to feel good, manifest solutions, and create all kinds of abundance – health – harmony – loving interactions for ourselves and those around us
In short, we are all committed to getting Lester Levenson’s message and process out to millions and millions of people around the world.
ARC‘s Releasing Resources are available to you so that you are not alone on your personal Journey to Self. We at ARC have proven for ourselves that Releasing is the Path. The Path will take anyone willing to use the method all the way to fullest Happiness in the world and within Self, Personal Freedom and Self-Discovery… to Abundance, Harmony and Well-being.
